Chant OM And Free Yourself From All Ill-Thoughts And Disease

In Yoga, understanding and chanting of OM has a great significance. Om is a syllable(akshara) or a word in Sanskrit. There is no syllable or word neither in Sanskrit nor in any other language of the world as great as OM. The syllable OM is in itself a great hymn(mahamantra). vedic hymns are chanted only after chanting of OM.

Upanishads, the fountainhead of indian spiritualism describe OM as Brahman. Brahman is the ultimate reality or divinity in the whole universe. All worldly things, all names and forms are only the manifestation of Brahman. The world appears to exist because of Brahman. The sense organs in the body cannot realise Brahman. The senses only feel worldly things. The senses feel worldly things for Brahman as Atman(soul) exists in all living beings.

In order to feel and realise Brahman one has to chant OM and practice Yoga. practice of Yoga is meaningless without knowing and chanting of OM. OM should be chanted with full exhalation. Sound should come out equally from mouth and nose. With a full inhalation again one should chant OM with full exhalation. This way one should go on chanting OM for atleast half an hour before doing yogic exercises. The ultimate aim of chanting and practicing Yoga is to realise the Self(soul) that is Brahman.

By chanting of Om cells in the body becomes alert, active and concious. elements causing disease in the body get destroyed. By chanting OM for a long duration one feels the bliss and freshness. Mind becomes free from ill-thoughts and gets concentrated. While chanting OM one should keep one's mind on the sound of OM. However the technique of chanting of OM should be learnt from a Master.

Disney's Expedition Everest - Keep Your Eyes Wide Open

The newest attraction to grace walt disney World's mountain range is Expedition Everest in animal Kingdom. It has been the buzz for many years, and much anticipated since Epcot's Soarin' was unveiled a few years ago. I experienced the attraction twice - once in stand-by, and once with a FastPass.

The architectural illusion of the attraction house (which is shaped, obviously, like Mount Everest) is absolutely stunning. The peak looks miles up (but Splash Mountain is actually taller!), and there is nothing around to clutter the view. It could be Disney's best illusion yet - and you don't even have to wait in a line to experience it!

The line queue is nice as well - visitors weave through a quaint mountainside village on their way to the loading bay. On the way, teaser exhibits describing "Yeti lore" show that locals admire a certain mountain creature.

My first ride experience was a bit of of a disappointment. It reminded me too much of the aged Matterhorn in disneyland. I won't spoil the actual attraction for you here, but it was a regular roller coaster. Think Indiana Jones (in Paris, not Disneyland!) mixed with Matterhorn.

However, I later learned that I missed the attraction's major highlight (I must have blinked or something) - a large Yeti. The next time I kept my eyes peeled, and I saw, for less than two seconds, the largest, creepiest, most monstrous animatronic Yeti in all of Disneydom. For the effect of those two seconds, the ride suddenly became worth it. I just wish it was more obvious, and that I had seen it the first time.

How to Relieve Your Lower Back Pain Easily & Safely Through Surgery

Back pain can be caused by a variety of reasons and is generally a very painful condition that requires diligent attention and treatment. Pains below the waist are often called lower back pains and can be caused my muscle pulls or straining the muscles with heavy work or lifting heavy objects, moving or sleeping in awkward position etc.

Spinal infections and fractures might also cause lower back pain. In most cases the cause of the problem is that a particular nerve or a set of nerves are being pinched. The pinching can be caused due to the rupture of a disc in the spinal card or when a disc bulges and presses a nerve root. This causes a lot of pain to the patient. Sometimes the pain will decrease or go away completely by sitting or bending in a particular position etc. but if the pain continues, a check-up is necessary

Lower back surgery is the solution when such a pain continues for a period of time or becomes unbearable. Before considering lower back surgery, the patient has to consult their doctor or physician and check out the various options available and also get a complete information about the lower back surgery procedure, its recovery procedures, risks involved, expected costs etc.

Sometimes other options like traction, physiotherapy and others can be used in the place of lower back surgery if the problem is mild and curable. Lower back surgery is not a minor surgery and has to be approached with care. Patients are normally advised to do mild exercises and keep themselves healthy before the operation and might also be told to quick smoking.

The surgery might involve making cuts and incisions and moving the muscles so that the surgeon gets a good look and approach on the spine, the discs etc. Newer inventions like Lasers and bone grafts with genetically engineered protein that induce a persons bones to grow and fuse together have been making the lower back surgery a more simple, safe and easy procedure. They help the surgeon by removing the need to make large cuts or incisions etc and help the patient by reducing the risks and pain involved , thus speeding up the recovery procedure.

After the lower back surgery, the patients should try to maintain good health and fitness. exercises will be advised for the patient for the patient. exercises or other treatments like yoga etc have to be practiced with great care and only with qualified teachers. Also the teachers or trainers should be aware of the lower back surgery and details.
